Flashbook (SWF) won't work on Sap Elearning website . Please help.

I am just recently encoutered a problem with a flashbook file  produced by an older version of Articulate.

The url :

One of the flashbook file is as followed,

I tried IE, firefox and Chrome with no luck. I clicked the button , there is just no response. I don't know if there is any workaround to play this file .
