fonts appear blurred when previewing captured screens

Hi everyone

I am sure there may be a response here somewhere but cant find anything.

I am capturing a web based application in storyline 360 when I edit the screens the appearance of the captures are very clear and the font easy to see and read.  However when I preview the course the fonts blur and it makes it really difficult for the user to select the right item to click on.  I am capturing at 600 x 800 so users can view the course on an ipad, and this appears as story size in the capture size editor.

In previous software I have turned off font smoothing, but cant find that option in the  version of office i am using so not sure what to do.  Anyone had a similar issue, all help gratefully received.

I attach a screenshot of what the images look like, and it appears that although i have captured the recommended size it does look like the screen is reduced when previewed, should I reduce the size i am capturing, or will that then show edges around the screen in the preview?
