Hi Penny and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! 🙂 I can’t recall seeing any downloads, but here are some content related examples that might provide some design inspiration.

• Storyline 360: Medical Scenario Triage 101 (a scenario example using Text-to-Speech)
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (requires Flash which won't be supported soon)
• First Aid Exercise (Not a Storyline example, but the content/structure might be useful)
