I thought I'd make it easier for everyone on e-learning heroes to download a free game-based learning template here. Add your content, narration, sfx, and questions, and you have an awesome training course. Let me know your thoughts and how you use it! Enjoy.
You are welcome! I am hoping more Storyline users will start understanding the power of game-based learning when used properly in their training curriculum.
This is pretty cool - my team and I are considering using it in a virtual (zoom-based) course we're working on. An important consideration: does the game save a player's progress after they log out?
Thank you. Unfortunately, Storyline does not save player progress once you exit the game. I imagine with some JavaScript magic you could save a users data and when reentering, adjust the variable to show where they previously left off.

Thanks for the quick response! Our LMS saves learner progress, so maybe this isn't an issue, if we publish to the LMS ...
Another question: "game space name" - that's the topic of the question? For example, "Giraffe Diet" might have a question about what giraffes eat?
That's a good possibility! And yes, "game space name" equals anything you want as an objective and or category to review.
