Freelancers - Template design and future development work - London

I'm a Project Manager at the Royal College of Surgeons and in the new year I will be leading a project to develop approximately 30 template slides in Articulate 360 to be used in a range of Moodle courses.

I would be interested in hearing from freelance Learning Designers, or Instructional Designers with strong graphic design skills who can produce templates that will improve our future development work, as well as looking amazing!

In addition to this project I would be interested in hearing from Instructional Designers to consult on future projects and Content Developers to help with the building of material in Articulate. 

It would help if you are based, or could travel to London.

I thought I would send you the below link to a template pack I did for a hospital previously which includes, 50+ slide templates and also themed master quiz/assessment slides (not shown in link).
