I really enjoy the development of eLearning in Storyline and creating templates. Does anyone know of ways to get paid creating templates for others to purchase?
Sell them in a website. The Envato websites provides the means for freelances to sell their digital work. So far, they don't seem to have anything on SL templates, but it can give you an idea on how to sell digital resources.

You can try posting your services to Fiverr as a contractor. There is also Freelancer and Upwork. Good luck!
