"Guerrilla" eLearning

Apr 16, 2015

I read an article today about the Guerrilla eLearning style, and I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this.

I think a clear example of an organization that's moved into this branch of eLearning (besides Youtube) is WikiHow. They took  the the lessons that were made in the rough, amateur "Guerrilla" style and have turned it into a professional site that has well made videos and clear instructions on everyday tasks. Now every time you Google "How to ___" WikiHow is typically one of the top results and seems to be very popular.

What do you guys think, is there a big market out there for either developing these rough "Guerrilla" style lessons, or for converting existing lessons into higher quality lessons?
