Help!!! Articulate is reformatting my menu items

Hi Everyone,
I'm a newbie here and learnt how to edit my scorm package from the discussions. When I upload the story file it resets the modules to 2.1.1, 2.2.1..so instead of 12 modules, I now have 2.12.1. That's not the weirdest part, it also has some of the slide content in the menu.
Please help me!!! Thanks you guys for the great tutorials and tips on here...I've never used articulate and it's friendlier than I anticipated.

if you don't want slides listed in the menu you can just remove them - this does not delete the slide from the project file just removes it from the menu.
The numbering looks like you have two scenes - so if you removed the first scene which has Untitled slide in it - your numbering would revert to 1.1, 1.2 etc. You also don't need to show the numbering in the menu if you don't want to.
