Where do you recommend hosting the videos for your course? Currently, I have them on Youtube, but it always ends with an invitation to procrastinate by watching other videos. I see that some are hosted on Vimeo. I suppose hosting them on my website could also work. What do you recommend? I'm glad we can now do closed captioning with SL. Would love to also be able to let the learner adjust the speed of the videos as well. Might that be coming???
Its not intuitive but you can change that setting in your YouTube video settings to return to beginning or just end, click the "Show More" button to access those controls.
I really like Vimeo, if you have pro account it is much better quality and no branding.
