How do you print the presentations? There are over 110 separate slides and I have been asked to print them.
I am not in charge of developing the material so I do not have the original files. I only have access to the presentation itself. Is there any way to do this?
Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community Dean! From the source files there is a Publish to Word option. Do you have the PowerPoint slides? Or just the published output? If you only have the published output your best bet is probably screen captures or each screen.
As Mike said, if you only have the published output, you'll have to capture each screen one by one and paste them all into a file for printing.
If there's any chance someone might want a PowerPoint version (e.g., they'll want to use some or all of the slides for an in-person presentation), you might as well paste the screen shots into PPT. That also gives you the option to print in a variety of ways, such as multiple slides per page or "handout" mode.
