HTML5 web object issue

Hi All,

I've created an HTML5 animation in Edge since the Storyline double-click thing doesn't seem to work on mobiles. It all works fine, but I want the web object sending back. It doesn't matter if I put it on a new layer and put all the other stuff I want to be front in another new layer, when I mouse-over the animation, it comes to front. See attachment, please.
