Similar to above, but each one has headshots of two people facing each other (talking) to represent mentoring itself, and the variable part is what appears above them in the middle (learning topic 1-5).

I've used images from Getty icons before and they've been brilliant. I'd suggest using one of the two sites Elizabeth has suggested. Although if you're feeling creative you could take Bob's suggestions to create your own icons!
