We wanted to provide our learners with a copy of the script so they can possibly download and refer to it later. Does anyone have a best practice for this. Do you put it into a word doc? Include pics of slides?
Hi, Kathy: Whoever is recording the voiceover will have a script of every slide, so you should be able to place it as a Word doc or .pdf in the resources tab and tell learners than can print it out if they want.
Question: do you think more than like 2% of them will print it out?
We now routinely provide a "handout" for our learners in all of our online courses. It consists of the SL slides and narration script in a .pdf format. Our feedback is that a considerable number do print it out to follow along with the video presentation.
We also make the narration available as a podcast. So some users print out the handout to use when they are listening to a downloaded podcast of that module.

You can see examples of how we do it here.
