Interactions for Young Adults

Aug 12, 2013

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what suggestions you all may have regarding building interactions for young adult learners. The age range I'm looking at is 19-23, give or take. I need to keep it somewhat simple in the sense that I don't have access to professional graphic design resources, but I want to do something more engaging than a simple drag-and-drop or something of that ilk. I'm working on a financial education product.

Thanks in advance for any insight or ideas you may have!

Hi Jon and welcome to Heroes!

Some say "If it needs instructions, it's too complicated". I fully support this. My advice is to try to make use of Storylines stock art to indicate/highlight clickable actions. It'll save on the graphic resources you don't have access to in the first place, and save your learners the trouble to go over an "instructions" section.

just my 2c,

Alex
