Not sure if anyone else is impacted but the Downloads Section is not working for me. Can others try to access and let me know if you're having problems too?
I was able to navigate around this page: https://community.articulate.com/downloads and choose to access linked projects and download them. Could you point me towards one that isn't working for you - as it may be specific to that link?
Thanks for your response and help Ashley. Turned out it was an internal thing with my org. They installed an ethernet cord or something and it slowed me down. Thanks!!

Also, I'd look enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here. That should ensure you have access to all things Articulate!
