Job Description

• Create design standards with team members to ensure consistency of products delivered.
• Design and develop media including (but not limited to) eLearning courses, tutorials, learning guides, job aids, emails, electronic newsletters, brochures, and posters.
• Manipulate audio files for inclusion in department projects.
• Trim video for inclusion in department projects.
• Partner with Instructional Designers and other team members to conceptualize engaging, interactive eLearning courses.
• Convert storyboards into finalized eLearning courses.
• Meet regularly with team members on projects to determine scope, estimate timelines, review deadlines, and ensure materials delivered meet project expectations.
• Assist in managing multimedia asset library.
• Routinely research trends in media design and update team accordingly.
• Assist in training other team members on basic media design and development.

Job Requirements (partial list)

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree required in graphic design, communications or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with basic editing of audio and video.
• Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline preferred.
