Junior Developer with experience in Instructional Design
in Cary, NC

 

Who We Are:

TrainingFolks is an innovative, global provider of custom learning solutions, consulting and contingent workforce services.   We are currently expanding our Cary, NC team and seeking a Recent Graduate for a full-time Junior Developer position.   This is an incredible entry-level growth opportunity!  The ideal candidate will be working closely with industry experts on developing true eLearning solutions for various client projects.

The position is ideal for a Computer Science and/or Adult Education graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in eLearning!

What you need for this position:

·         Academic background in Computer Science, Adult Education, Instructional Design, eLearning and /or related discipline.

·         0-2 years of software development experience

·         Knowledge of eLearning Storyboarding and visual storyboarding an asset

·         Knowledge developing and designing learning solutions in such tools as Captivate, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline and/or Lectora

·         Ownership of software licenses is considered an asset

·         Sound knowledge of Graphic Design and Web Development is an asset

·         Experience in a client-facing setting is preferred

·         Internship/working experience in the eLearning field is a plus but not required  

 

Work hours and Location:

·         40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

·         Candidates must live within commutable distance of Cary, NC, as work will be completed at our office location
