Some of what you will do

Analysis and adaptation of current instructor led training modules into eLearning and blended learning.

Coach and develop agency eLearning developers.

Complete training needs analysis and determine appropriate delivery method.

Design and develop visual representations of complex concepts and relationships that effectively and efficiently communicate to a broad audience.

Manage projects using project management and day-to-day activities of multiple assigned projects; communicate status updates to management.
Who should apply
eLearning professionals with 2 or more years of progressively increasing responsibility providing online learning and consulting experience.
What we are looking for

Ability to work with and coach both technical and non-technical professionals.

Technology specific applications to support the implementation of Human Resource Development solutions.

Experience with web page design

Develop courses using rapid eLearning development principles and methods.

Professional experience using a content management system, eLearning technical standards and digital equipment (cameras, lighting, sound, etc.)

Working knowledge of instructional design, human performance improvement and principles of adult learning, developing, implementing and evaluating training and develop courses & programs.
