A company called Quintiles is seeking a Training Manager with experience supporting training initiatives within a management consulting firm to lead our Project Management Training program. This role will be based outside of NYC, NY.

Desired Skills:

Masters Degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or other similar degree preferred, or 7+ years of experience in one or more of these areas

Technical Requirements:

Technical Skills Required: Proficient in Learning Management Systems, Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Articulate (Presenter, Engage, and Quizmaker), Captivate, or other similar e-learning tools

Skills Required:

Project Management, Performance Consulting, Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Vendor Management, Blended Learning Design, and Curricula Development and Management
