LMS Process Flow

Hi I am an oracle consultant... and in Oracle LMS has the following steps :-

1.System suggested courses to fulfil competency gap

2. Enroll into courses-self nominate, supervisor nominated courses,organization mandate courses

3. training calendar prep

4. Enrollment waitlist and cancellation

5. Session Execution

6. Assessment

7. feedback and survey.

I want to the steps in LMS in other ERP Systems... like the generalized steps.. can anyone help ?
