I am in the process of developing a course in Storyline 360 and am running into an issue with the call out shapes not staying in place when utilizing the scrollbox. I have had this issue before and found a way to link the picture and call out box, but not sure how that works. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
You need to drag them over the scrolling panel to insert them inside of it. If the objects are larger than the area you've designated for the scrolling panel, you'll notice this makes the scrollbar appear. Here's a tutorial that shows how they work.

Without seeing the objects on the timeline it's hard to tell, but I suspect the shapes are not actually inside the scrolling panel.
