Looking For 'Heroes'

Hi

I'm Melvin, co-founder of an online learning marketplace.

I did not include the URL here simply for the reason that I'm not sure if that's acceptable, and I do not want to disrespect this forum.

The reason I am posting here is because we have just launched an online Hackathon for e-learning authors and wanted to seek your opinion on what is the best way to identify and approach them?

Of course the obvious avenues has been worked on such as YouTube authors and authors of various MOOC sites.

Would appreciate your suggestions.
