LX/UX Interviews - Have you done them before?
Good afternoon
Has anyone ever conducted user interviews on their learners to gage their feelings, emotions etc around a learning product/curriculum? If so do you have some sample questions?
We are looking to ask 3 types of learners that registered for our program, that have either, completed training, started but stopped and didn't complete any training even though they registered. It is for a new program and we want to gauge how we are doing and understand what we can improve.

We are looking to interview some participants to find out how they fell about our program, and targeting 3 types of participants. Those that are actively participating in our program curriculum, those that have started but got stalled and finally those that have registered but never consumed any learning. We are trying to get at the "why's".
