Looking for anyone do does Kirkpatrick Level 4, or has performance metrics for their learning in place and is used for data analysis or anyone who has their Marketing Department involved with your learning programs and asking questions about performance metrics from learning. Thanks.
Thanks. What I am looking for are some companies that have performance metrics in use and have reported their results. The next issue is whether or not the company's Marketing department was involved with the training and if the marketing department is using the performance stats in their new marketing campaigns. It is an issue of how close training and marketing are working/not working together.
