I've integrated an MP4 into a screen in Storyline 2. It is displaying perfectly on my screen, but it is not showing the proper width or filling the correct portion of the screen for my business partner -- on either of his laptops. Is there a way I can optimize the video so it displays correctly for all users?
What are your Browser Size and Player Size settings set to? (You can find these under the menu item Home > Player > Other > Browser Settings.) You could try changing the Browser Size to „Resize browser to fill screen“ and the Player Size to "Scale player to fill browser window." Sometimes it helps just to play around with these settings.
