I'd recommend using Canva for this. There are several free features, as well as some premium/paid features, but I know people in my organization that swear by the free version. It's pretty user friendly and fairly feature-rich for being web-based.
I've heard good things about Venngage too, but I haven't used it myself.

When I have to depict few pointers in my course, I use such images.
Any free site for such images.
