Online Animation tools that have timeline and element locking functionality Jul 07, 2022 By Thaddeus Ashcliffe I am using storyline as an animation tool to make gifs and videos. This isn't what it's designed for but it's the best animation tool that I can get installed on my computer. Are there other online animation tools that you could recommend?
