Picture quality in Articulate Studio 13

Hello everyone,
when publishing it is possible to increase the picture quality to, for instance, 100 %. I have tried that but now I am encountering problems regarding the upload of my file to our LMS. I can upload it but I get an error message when opening the module in our LMS. The content is not shown. Instead, the following message pops up:
Does anybody have an idea how to increase the picture quality and to avoid this message?

Hi Rebecca,
Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your published project. Looks like that error is coming from your LMS.
Curious if this same issue happens on SCORM Cloud as well or is it limited to your LMS?
What version of Studio/Presenter are you currently using?
