Thank you for the feedback. Allison, I did see your interaction and although it looks great, I would still like to see more examples. How would you test a process for example?
Am I understanding correctly that you aren't asking how to train learners about an existing process, but rather you are asking how to design a new process altogether?
If that's the case, it's a little far afield for this community as we are learning professionals vs process improvement/design experts. But that being said, there are a number of great process design and improvement methodologies out there. Some of the most well known are things like LEAN, AGILE, Six Sigma and more.

I'm not sure I'm clear on what you mean by that. Could you explain a bit more about what exactly you'd like to do?

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you were looking for, but I decided to convert my interaction into a quiz and I even did an article on how I made it! Hope it helps. :)
