Publishing for a tablet

Hi eveyone,

I am currently researching the best tablets available on the market to showcase the e-Learning developed using Articulate Presenter.

Has anyone any advice on the best available - iPad/Android?

I want to demonstrate e-Learning offline (ie. no access to a server) - is it possible to publish an offline version with Presenter similar to publishing for a CD?
