Screenr doesn't have a built in catalog. I use Diigo to bookmark. That may help. Also, in today's post I featured that Search this site add-on. I use that to search for keywords in Screenr and it does a great job.
I also follow certain authors via RSS and their screencasts show up in my news feeds which I view in Feedly.
