I'm glad you resolved the issue! On a side note I'd just like to point out that since you replied from your email, your signature was appended to your message. You may want to edit out any information you don't want to share with the community.
An outsourced team is assigned to create a module for us. They are working with Articulate 2013 software. We have 3 parts to an online module and each part contains 1PowerPoint deck with audio content. We asked the vendor to include the option for users to return to the content at the point they left it. I have been on a skype call to view their actions and are marking the box under Player Options for this but it doesn't engage.
