We have multiple questions banks that the user will be taking. At the end, there will be a results slide. Is there a way to review all the question slides from multiple questions banks when we click the "review" button? It is currently only reviewing the first question bank
Is your result slide set to track all of the question bank questions you are hoping to review? If so, I'd expect it to work.
My next question would be, do these questions/question banks cross scenes? If so, I'd check out this solution from Nicole to be sure that you're able to review all of your questions as expected.
If that doesn't cover it, be sure to share your .story file so that we can take a look.
When you include slides from your question banks, you're adding them in as a draw.
Once you have your question draws set up (how many questions it will pull, from which question bank, etc), you can add a results slide. The results slide will allow you to track the question draw.
Whatever questions are shown to the learner, they will report to the results slide. The results slide will only count questions that are shown to the learner during the draw(s) you're tracking with that results slide.

I have a similar issue, how do you track the results slide to ensure it covers all available Question Banks in the story?

Whatever questions are shown to the learner, they will report to the results slide. The results slide will only count questions that are shown to the learner during the draw(s) you're tracking with that results slide.
