We have a SharePoint-based LMS where I can upload Storyline and Quizmaker SCORM files for students to take courses and quizzes. i'd like to be able to get more robust reports on things like completion time, item/quiz statistics. Our LMS, as it exists at the moment, does not allow for any more reporting than pass/fail to the grade book.
Does anyone know of a product that I could use to record and report on the data that SCORM captures for each user/quiz?

No. The only solution I found was to use something like SCORM cloud, but it's not something we are going to do at the moment.
