Seeking eLearning Designer/Developer

Hey Everyone,
We're interested in developing a long-term relationship with an eLearning developer(s) on an, 'as we get development contracts in' basis. 
We primarily train and consult on-site, but realize the value and importance of well thought out, interactive and behavior affecting online courses. We have been developing online courses for clients in-house, but as demand increases we're now in that awkward stage of not being able to hire another full time designer/developer but need one! Working virtually (not in the office) with us is definitely an option.
