Skills Matrix

Hi

I am trying to create a skills matrix using Storyline 2 within my LMS (Moodle), however I am finding it difficult to collate the information.

I was hoping to be able to send out a survey to all employees, which gave a series of statements and allowed the user to self grade themselves (e.g; N/A to role, No knowledge, Basic knowledge, Working knowledge, SME).

I created a basic test example using the Likert scale on the survey slide, however when I published this on my LMS and completed the survey, the results were difficult collate onto a spreadsheet.

In the cmi interactions student response, it provided the responses fro all 5 questions as on one slide. 

I did not want to make it one slide for each question, as I was hoping to have a two slide survey, the first slide covering the basics (Data Protection, Health & Safety, Equality etc.) and the second slide being role specific.

Any ideas how this can be achieved?
