I am going to make an referee course for kayak polo. there are some in the community who have made courses for football, handball or similar have to referees? - Could be nice with advice, lesson plans and test
If no one here can come up with those, have you considered reaching out to some of the organizations that train and certify different refs to see what they are all about? For example, I know many local soccer programs have a fairly extensive referee education program they can tap into from national sources... and they used to be available for public viewing.
