I feel like I am falling behind in the e-learning knowledge and tech department. How do you stay current? Where do you go what publications/blogs do you subscribe too?
In fact, you may want to listen to everyone's answers to question #9: "How do you keep up your skills and stay current in the industry." (Pretty spot-on, right?)
The good thing is you've got scads of resources and help at your fingertips.
I would agree with all of the things Jackie said. Honestly, you have to make a strong effort to dedicate time to the blogs, forums, etc. It amazing how quickly you can fall out of the loop!

Hi Shawn!
That's a big question, but I'd start with following Tom's blog and all of the community blogs.
Tom: http://www.articulate.com/rapid-elearning/
Community: http://community.articulate.com/blogs/
I'd also join the eLearning Guild and follow their blogs and other communications. Ditto A(S)TD.
I follow all the same people on Twitter, plus I look to see who they follow.
You can always keep your skills sharp with the weekly Articulate challenges, too - that's what I do! In fact, this week's challenge is to create a podcast and answer e-learning questions: http://community.articulate.com/blogs/david/archive/2014/06/20/elearning-podcasts.aspx

Good luck to you!
