I'm responsible for developing system - step-by-step training programs on the global systems used at my company. I am familiar with how to do it in AS2 using the record screen step-by-step feature to capture every step in the process of entering data into a system. However, the project I am about to undertake is for a new global system. I am looking for a vendor that specializes in system software training development that can produce step by step instructions for our new system which is very complex. Does anyone have any recommendations for such a vendor with the above-mentioned experience?
