Thanks for reaching out here! The review feedback you're seeing with the green/red correct/incorrect at the bottom of the slide cannot be modified. It's baked right into the review element from the results slide. It's been a common topic in the past, so if you are looking to customize something, you may want to look at this thread or you may want to look at the options here on how to customize it(same in SL1 and SL2).
