Has anyone used an animal photo as a training facilitator? What feedback from learners have you received? What are your experienced thoughts?
I work for an software developer that has a mascot dog (who also spends a lot of time at the office) We were considering using photos of the dog rather than illustrative characters. Our customers are in both medical and banking field. Using an animal we avoid using illustrations in suites or scrubs.
