Writing a storyline narrative to accompany video clips

Jul 15, 2016

Greetings, all
I'm working on a module that describes an international education program for administrators.  There are several sources of video that I can harvest for clips that present the program from various perspectives, beautifully shot, and all-around great.  My question concerns how much information the Storyline narrative provides that is similar to what the video provides.  The clips are short, and the narrative is not a transcription.

I'd love it if there was a formula for what to write in a narrative if you have a short video to explain a point.
