Change color of a strip for correct and incorrect responses

You can create a custom review layer, a variable to display the custom review layer, and then put your own strip along the bottom of that layer.

You custom review layer will cover the system review layer.

I've attached a story file example that is used to cover the check-marks to the left of selection boxes so you can understand this practice. Reference slide 1.2 (rectangle) to see what I mean.

As Dennis mentioned you'd have to create your own custom review layer that places a colored box or image over the correct/incorrect feedback. You could also follow along with this tutorial by Jeanette.  Currently there is no default way to change the colors of those feedback bars, but you're welcome to submit a feature request about it.
