A customer has told me that a few trainees are getting a message on their devices that say they weren’t able to access the courses because “it was made for an older version of Android”.
I host these courses on my website and the customer access them via their own training website. I can’t think why they get this message.
Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any knowledge about it?

Since obtaining further information I believe the problem is that people are accessing the courses using the Articulate Mobile Player which I’m assuming die to the switch toHTML5 is no longer necessary.
Does that make sense?
Yes you need to republish the courses you shouldn't need to make any edits as long as you have updated storyline which has the mobile player option removed.

For some time I make all courses for HTML5 & Flash if necessary. Probably time to make them HTML5 only.
