Articulate 360 Desktop App not launching
Hello,
Articulate 360 desktop (Windows 7) is no longer launching. No error message - it just doesn't launch.
Try opening Articulate 360 with task manager open and I see "Articulate 360 Desktop App.exe* 32" process runs for about a second and then dies again.
Uninstalled, reinstalled desktop app. No help. Thoughts?

It looks like Greg was able to reach resolution and it was a particular issue on his machine.
That being said, I'd recommend that you work directly with support to diagnose what may be happening on your system as system logs may indicate something different.
You can reach out here with the details of your error.

I'm having this same issue...I try to open Storyline 360...it says it's initializing and then just disappears. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work.

Help! I am on a free trial and downloaded the desktop app. I am having the same issues (Windows 10). I have gone through all of the troubleshooting on the website, but nothing. I will not open and no error messages. Firewall is off. Help!

I just started having this issue. I was running just storyline when it asked me to log in. I could not do that. I unistalled and reinstalled the desktop app but it won't open. I'm still able to run just storyline without the app.
