Articulate 360 login error

I'm unable to sign into the Articulate app. I have uninstalled and re-installed the the app. I uninstalled all the sister/brother apps too (Storyline, Rise, etc.), which I've now lost because I cannot get into the main Articulate app. I keep getting the message (png attached) that there is an extension blocking this app. I have deleted any extension, such as AdBlocker, that I thought would cause this issue. I also favorited the Articulate site on my antivirus and allowed the site on my malware site. I've also cleared my cache and cookies and restarted my computer and I'm still not able to log in. I've searched through E-Learning Heroes for an answer, but haven't found one. 

Could someone PLEASE help me and guide me on how to fix this??
