Articulate add-in is unable to communicate with the articulate.presenter.exe process
I have some issues using any function in the Articulate tab in PowerPoint.
E.g. when I tried to insert a character, a very quick screen appeared and dissapeared saying something like "unpack complete" but nothing happened.
When I try it now, I get the following error message:
"Articulate add-in is unable to communicate with the articulate.presenter.exe proces"
After this, I can't close the PowerPoint anymore either (Only via Task Manager).
What could be going wrong?

This has happened on more than 1 computer in my environment. I am wondering if the version of powerpoint 2016 will work with articulate 360?
