Articulate Rise translation .XLF file not reflecting the translated "Spanish" text

Hi Everyone, I am stuck in a problem can anyone please help me?

we have a client delivery planned and my translated.xlf text (Spanish) is not reflected in RISE they show English text. can someone please help me?

I have followed:

The workflow should be:
1. Duplicate your course.
2. Export the XLIFF file.
3. Translate the XLIFF file.
4. Import the XLIFF file into the duplicated course.

    Also with XLF i am getting "Translation file doesn't contain any lesson data for this course" this error while uploading
