Articulate Translation - Word Format

Hello Everyone, 

I am regularly using word format when translating a module as it is easier to review the translation quality before importing the content. However, one challenge that I am facing with the translator is the 'Type' against which the source text is mentioned. 

The software captures a lot of types like slide names, textboxes, scene names, headings, etc. Often times the translator or an inhouse reviewer questions the types need to be translated as a lot of states lead to duplication of text. Can someone here guide me which all types to use when your module has VO?
