Audio is not working

Question

In my project I have a Welcome slide 1.1 and a Welcome slide 1.2. Welcome slide 1.1 is on screen for 2 seconds and then transitins seamlessly to Welcome slide 1.2. This is because there is media (audio) and without having the first welcome slide, when published there is a black overlay with a play button. So, I'm tricking SL so that I don't get that result.
Anyway, my problem is that the audio on Welcome slide 1.2 plays when I preview it, but NOT when it's in the review tool. I can't figure out why that is. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
I've attached the audio file and the 2 slides.
Ohm BTW - I'm using Storyline X64 - Beta version.

modern browsers allow audio and video with audio only after the first real user click

you have the choice

add a button on your first slide to jump to slide 2

or

remove your first slide and change the black background to a more beautiful =&gt; player settings: cover photo

Thank you. What I don't understand is why it's always worked. In the last few months on this project, there is always audio on Welcome-2 slide and it plays in the review tool. What would have changed?

there are some exceptions that depend on user settings (Firefox) or browser history (Chrome/Edge)
